Room 2 Grow Housing provides temporary, stable housing and supportive services to individuals and families working toward independence and self-sufficiency. Our services may include:

• Transitional housing placement and case management

• Referrals to community resources including employment, healthcare, and financial assistance

• Life skills programming and individualized support planning

• Coordination with government agencies, nonprofits, and social service providers

Services are provided based on eligibility, availability, and program capacity. Acceptance into any program is at the sole discretion of Room 2 Grow Housing and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and Application

To be considered for housing assistance, applicants must:

• Meet the eligibility criteria established for the applicable program

• Complete and submit an accurate application, including all required documentation

• Participate in an intake assessment and interview process

• Agree to comply with all program rules, house policies, and case management requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information on an application may result in disqualification or termination from any program.

Program Participation Requirements

Individuals accepted into our housing programs agree to:

• Comply with all terms outlined in their housing or program agreement

• Actively participate in case management services and goal planning

• Maintain the housing unit in a clean, safe, and habitable condition

• Refrain from illegal activity on or near the property

• Treat staff, other residents, and neighbors with respect

• Notify staff of any significant changes in household composition, income, or circumstances

• Pay any required program fees or contributions on time, as specified in the program agreement

Violation of program requirements may result in suspension or termination of services.
